Site Readiness Checklist

Technical Coordinators: Follow this Site Readiness Checklist and reference The ACT Technical Guide for International Computer-Based Testing (PDF) for step-by-step instructions to know with confidence that your site is ready. The steps noted in parenthesis refer to steps in the Technical Guide.

  • Prepare the local content server (steps 1 – 23)
  • Prepare proctor workstations (steps 1 – 17)
  • Prepare examinee workstations (steps 1 – 26)
  • Verify site readiness by answering questions in the Readiness email from OSUS@act.org
  • Upgrade server and workstation installation, if needed (see the Technical Guide for more information)
